Very interesting article concerning Gluten and Wheat and it's affects on our health. I just wish this article was backed by scientific proof, but none the less very good read. I personally own the Paleo Recipe Book not because I eat 100% Paleo, but because there is much to be learned about this way of eating and it is a great way to change up your healthy menu. Click Here! for more info. Enjoy the article

Hey everyone! Click on the video below to see how I demonstrate on how to wrap your hands for Muay Thai. There are many ways to wrap your hands most are fine, and few are not. In the end just make sure you have knuckle, hand, and wrist support without being too tight around the fingers. So enjoy the video and train hard and train safe.

We are Growing
Hey everyone! Just wanted to tell you how excited I am for our growth, and how much I love being a part of everyone's development as a martial artist. Many schools grow so much that the "owner" is no longer a part of the student's life, it becomes more about business than developing a relationship with the student and helping their progress. I'm hear to tell you that no matter what I will always continue to be a part of your growth and your goals. Keep up the great work and I'll see you on the mat.

A Life Time of Learning
Hey guys! I hope all is well with you. It's very important to understand why we do what we do. What do I mean by that? Why do we train in martial arts, and why do I teach martial arts. Well the simple answer is that I fell in love with martial arts more specifically Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu. For me this has been a long journey and continues to be something that I seek more knowledge at. This is how it should be. Many people look for the short cuts in their training instead of enjoying the process. You will never stop learning and progressing. You just have to remember that there will be plateaus and you just have to push through. So to those who are new...enjoy your the time in the gym, make new friends, and embrace everything about which ever martial art you are learning. Because it can be an amazing ride. See you on the mat!

Martial Art Parenting
I saw this video on Facebook, and thought it was very appropriate in addressing a very important topic. Parenting during Martial Art Class instruction for your child. I along with all of you want your little ones to do well, but we have to remember that the 45 minutes they are on the mat that is their time to give their best effort in something that they love to do. Please watch the video below. I really like the way Master Chim explains this. I'll see you all in the gym. Thank you for your time and understanding.
